The aim of IT Project management course is to familiarize IT specialists, team leaders and managers with project management concepts adapted to IT. Apart from the theoretical aspects that will be presented, the training has an important component of practical sessions. Teams of three to four participants will be formed and asked to work for solving practical aspects for IT projects. This approach will help participant to immediately apply the skills in their organizations.
